During our family vacation at Luisa, we were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and inclusive amenities. Our young child, under 4 years old, was treated with such care and attention, making our stay truly memorable. The staff, especially Cristina, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. One morning, we had an early activity, and the staff kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual just for us.The family-friendly activities and convenient location close to the beach made our days enjoyable and stress-free. We loved exploring the nearby town of Malcesine and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. The secure bike storage and ease of access to famous places were a great bonus for us.Luisa provided the perfect setting for our family holiday, offering great breakfast options, free parking, and a friendly environment. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a wonderful experience at Garda Lake.
